In this article, you can read about the Jobreg Candidate base, a separate candidate database where you can perform searches and imports of candidates.
As a customer of RecMan, you have access to a unique candidate database, namely the Jobreg database. This is filled with candidates who actively register a profile on www.jobreg.no. All the candidates who have registered a profile here are looking for new opportunities, and they have agreed that they should be visible to recruiters (you). The candidates can seamlessly be imported into your corporation’s candidate database, enabling you to perform searches in the base and easily import candidates and immediately assign them to a pipeline or candidate pool.
Price
Access to the Jobreg Candidate Database has a monthly cost. Please contact support@recman.no for prices.
In this article, we will show how to work with the Jobreg base and what functionality you can find here.
Candidate flow
Info
Candidates may only be imported from Jobreg to RecMan, not the other way around. The candidates in the Jobreg base are not part of your or another company’s candidate database; it is entirely separate.
Activating the Jobreg Candidate Database
Access to the Jobreg database may be granted to any user by a System Administrator. The system admin has access to the System Settings, where the settings for Co-Workers can be found. Here a Co-worker must be selected, and permission for Jobreg – Candidate Database must be selected. This permission can be found under Priced Services.
Once this is done, the Co-Worker will immediately get access to the Jobreg database from the navigation menu under Job Posts.
Usage
