In this article, you can read about the Jobreg Candidate base, a separate candidate database where you can perform searches and imports of candidates.

As a customer of RecMan, you have access to a unique candidate database, namely the Jobreg database. This is filled with candidates who actively register a profile on www.jobreg.no. All the candidates who have registered a profile here are looking for new opportunities, and they have agreed that they should be visible to recruiters (you). The candidates can seamlessly be imported into your corporation’s candidate database, enabling you to perform searches in the base and easily import candidates and immediately assign them to a pipeline or candidate pool.

Price

Access to the Jobreg Candidate Database has a monthly cost. Please contact support@recman.no for prices.

In this article, we will show how to work with the Jobreg base and what functionality you can find here.

Candidate flow

Info

Candidates may only be imported from Jobreg to RecMan, not the other way around. The candidates in the Jobreg base are not part of your or another company’s candidate database; it is entirely separate.

Activating the Jobreg Candidate Database

Access to the Jobreg database may be granted to any user by a System Administrator. The system admin has access to the System Settings, where the settings for Co-Workers can be found. Here a Co-worker must be selected, and permission for Jobreg – Candidate Database must be selected. This permission can be found under Priced Services.

Jobreg

Once this is done, the Co-Worker will immediately get access to the Jobreg database from the navigation menu under Job Posts.

  1. Here you can see how many new candidates have registered a profile in the last 24 hours and 7 days.
  2. Here you can apply a filter for profile strength, which lets you filter out candidates who have not bothered to fill in their profiles. The system will notify every candidate to have at least a 70% filled-out profile to appear in this list.
  3. Here, you can define a number of filters in order to find the right candidate for your job.
Name Here, you can search for specific names.
Language Lets you look up candidates who speak a specific language.
Skills Here, you can choose from over 43,000 skills, which are segmented and indexed. In other words, should you be looking for a PHP developer, you can input PHP in the field and then click All PHP to get results from any PHP-related skill.
Course/certification Here you can search for courses or certifications the candidate has registered on his or her profile.
Education Here you can search for information put under Education on the candidate’s profile. You may also filter on years spent and the final degree.
Work experience Here you can look up information under Work Experience. You may also add a seniority filter.
Places candidate wants to work Here you can look up where the candidates have said they wish to work.
Seen Allows you to filter away candidates you have or haven’t looked at previously.
Imported Allows you to filter candidates that have been previously imported into your RecMan candidate database.
  4. Here, you can see the candidates according to your filters. You can see a picture and some basic information about the candidate. Click a candidate in order to view their full profile.

If a job post has any views on Jobreg, you can see Statistics when clicking "views" on a job post. This includes how many candidates have registered in the last 30 days, job post views (for your subscription) and candidates you and your colleagues have viewed over the previous 30 days.
