By default, the system merges the fields with Norwegian labels in the document, but you can also define the document to use system labels in another language.
The system will then use the other language label, but naturally, the system will not translate the contents of the free text fields.

Note
The merge tag needs to be added to the top of the document and will not be shown when the merge has been done, so it will not be visible to the receiver of the document.
