This is where you will find general information about the co-workers module.
The Co-workers module can be located by hovering over the blue Home in the main menu.
Here, all users in your RecMan solution are listed with their titles, names, and the departments to which they are connected. You can search for co-workers and filter the list by department in the top right corner.
By clicking on a co-worker, a drawer opens (on the right-hand side) with more information and features for viewing the profile, sending emails and internal messages. You may also select multiple co-workers, which enables features for sending emails or messages to the selected co-workers. A green dot next to their profile picture indicates their online status, and to the right side all due tasks will be shown for each co-worker.
RecMan administrators are indicated with a small figure next to their name, which is showcased in the example picture in the first row.
Note
Co-workers with administrator permissions are the ones who can make changes to the settings and setup of your RecMan solution and are often the ones who may assist you if you need help.
- Search and filter co-workers;
- Co-worker name, title, department connection, online status and administrator icon;
- Mass sending of email or SMS to selected co-workers;
- Number of Due tasks connected to each co-worker;
- Co-worker drawer.
