Practical use of RecMan Forms

RecMan Forms may be applied for different purposes. This article is intended to show you some of the areas in RecMan where a form may be used.

mScript

Remember that if you have applied mScript in your form, make sure to apply the form in areas where the mScript is relevant.

The button for sending out a form to a respondee is illustrated with the following icon.

Access a form

You may access the forms' responses in any of the areas mentioned below. For candidates, you may access them from Agreements on the candidate card. For candidate references, scroll down to References on the candidate card to view a response. For contact persons, you may view the response at Offers as well as from the contact person's card.

Remember that any form that has been sent will be available under Sent Forms in the Forms module. And you can check whether it was seen, view the answers and download the submitted form as a PDF file.

Candidate

You may send a form to candidates from:

  • Candidate database
  • Candidate card under Agreements
  • Candidates from the application pipeline in the job post module

Candidate reference

You may share a form to a candidate reference from the candidate card under References. If a reference has responded to a form, these responses may be included in a candidate presentation using the mScript @candidate.referencePersons.

Contact person

You may send a form to contact persons from:

  • The list of contact persons on a company card
  • Contact person card

Shareable URL and mScript

If your form is applied with the help of a shareable link or mScript, the response will not be connected to any object in RecMan – thus having the response being anonymous and will only be available from Sent Forms in the Forms module.
