What is Recman Forms
Forms in RecMan is your way of creating, sharing, and distributing forms for others to fill out where you may receive their response within RecMan. In short, you may create different forms for different purposes and send them to candidates, employees and contact persons. Depending on what kind of information you wish to gather, you can create unique forms for the intended purpose and share them with your co-workers.
A form is created from the RecMan Forms module and applied in selected areas of the RecMan solution. It may also be created as a “shareable link,” where a unique and anonymous response is generated whenever someone opens it and submit a response.
What it can be used for
Forms may be applied in a wide range of areas, where some of them are:
- Digital reference check
- Customer satisfaction analysis
- Candidate satisfaction analysis
- Deviations report
- General survey
- General feedback
- General follow-up
- Order forms

Permissions
Note that your user will require access from system settings to gain access to RecMan Forms. Contact one of your system administrators if you wish to gain access.
