The email module in RecMan is improving the standard email system. With this module integrated into RecMan and synchronized with Outlook or Gmail, you can use functions to save, connect, create and communicate with your relations, plus assign tasks for more efficient productivity.
RecMan email integration can improve your CRM capabilities and gather your connections and dialogue in one location. This module allows you to use RecMan as your email client to send and receive emails, similar to how you would do the same in Outlook or Gmail.
Some additional features of this module give the ability to:
1) Save email dialogue to existing candidates/contact persons in your RecMan system.
This lets you and your colleagues stay more easily up-to-date with the latest activity, ensuring no important information is lost in someone's inbox.
2) Create new contacts
For new candidates and clients taking contact, create their profiles directly from the email module.
3) CV-parse attached CVs
For new candidates or customers emailing their interest with an attached CV, click the extra options to parse the resume immediately and get started. Read more about CV parsing here.
4) Create follow-up tasks
For when your email is flooded, and you need to stay organized, create a task to help you follow up or act as a simple reminder.
