- Someone comments on where you are a follower.
- A task you are associated with is marked as complete.
- Changes to the credit rating of a company you are associated with.
- An offer or agreement you sent is signed.
- A response to a form you sent is submitted.
- A job post you are associated with is expiring.
- A job post you are associated with receives a new applicant.
- An employee you are associated with has a birthday.
- An employee you are associated with is registering an absence.
- Someone books a meeting with you via your Booking page.
- Hour bank running low — When a project's hour bank approaches its limit.
- Hour bank exhausted – When the allocated hours are fully used up.
- A candidate registers through your Career page.
- A contact person creates a new booking.

Inbox tab
The Inbox tab within the Notifications module is a dedicated space where you can view, manage, and interact with notifications in an organized manner. This feature enhances user experience by providing a centralized location for all alerts and updates. Here’s a deeper look into its key functionalities:
Consolidation of notifications
The Inbox tab aggregates all types of notifications, allowing you to access everything in one place.
Read/unread status
You can easily distinguish between read and unread notifications. This feature helps quickly identify which notifications require your attention.
Interaction capabilities
RecMan allows you to have quick access to other modules. For example, you get the notification that a co-worker left feedback on the candidate’s presentation with hyperlinks to see this presentation or open the candidate’s profile. Also, if any files are attached, you can preview them with an AI-powered document assistant directly from the notification.
Archiving and bookmarking
You can bookmark or archive old notifications, which helps keep the inbox tidy and manageable. Archiving allows you to revisit past notifications without cluttering the main view.
Bookmarks and Archive tabs
You can easily move a notification to the archive if you don't want it to appear in your inbox anymore or, conversely, bookmark it if this notification is important. To do that, simply click the corresponding icon located to the right of the notification.
Notification settings
The Manage notifications button allows you to customize the notifications you receive. They are organized into categories such as recruitment, staffing, mentions, and more. If enabled, you will receive notifications in RecMan, referred to as in-app notifications. However, for the types listed below, you can also choose to receive emails:
- Offer signed by customer.
- Agreement signed by candidate/employee.
- Unread messages.
- Added co-worker as responsible on project.
- Added co-worker as responsible on task.
- Job post is expiring.
- Task mention — When someone mentions you in a task comment.
- Task completion — When a task you collaborate on is completed.
Approve logged work and absence requests directly from notifications
If you're mentioned in a logged work entry, the notification provides all key details. You can review the full context of the logged work, approve it instantly from the notification and leave your comments.
When an employee submits an absence request, you’ll receive a detailed notification that includes:
- Employee’s project and job role
- Salary and invoice information
- Attached documents related to the request
- Number of monthly absence days
You can approve the request directly from the notification without the need to navigate elsewhere.
