Introduction
The RecMan app is an easy, effective way to use the RecMan system. This user-friendly app allows you to search for candidates, see offers, complete tasks, send messages to co-workers and more. For details on specific features, see the other articles in this section.
You can download the RecMan app directly from the App Store or Google Play.

The app guidelines are based on iOS, which differs from Android in a few ways, but the functionality is mostly similar.

Logging in
To use the RecMan app, you sign in with your email address. The app automatically identifies your company and continues authentication.
Search screen
When you open the app, the first screen you'll see is the Search screen, which lets you find information.
Tab bar
The lower Tab bar gives you quick access to:
- Notifications – your personalized dashboard with notifications
- Tasks – see and interact with your tasks
- Messages – chat with your co-workers
- More – access the Side menu sections
The "More" menu
The "More" menu gives you access to the following sections:
- Shortcuts – add modules relevant to you
- Settings – customize app preferences and manage security options
- Logout – sign out of your RecMan account
- Other RecMan apps – links to web version and apps built by RecMan
- Send Feedback – send a form to the RecMan team with questions, issues and suggestions
