Overview
With the Tripletex integration, you can easily sync invoice, customer, and project data directly from RecMan. This process can be automated, meaning all you need to do is create or update information in one place, and the integration will handle the rest. This integration requires a Tripletex account.
Create an API key in Tripletex
Following this instruction, you can obtain your API key from Tripletex. Tick the Adapted setup and select All entitlements. The application name is RecruitmentManager, and the token name is recman-key.
How to set up integration
To activate Tripletex Invoice integration, go to the System settings and select Marketplace.
Note
Only users with System Administrator permissions can activate and manage integrations in the Marketplace. All non-Admin users can access and explore Marketplace under the blue Home icon.
Click the blue activation button with the price to begin using the Tripletex integration.
Add your Tripletex token to the Key field in the Manage access modal in RecMan and give it a name.
Afterward, select the Tripletex department and subdepartment and choose if the API key should be accessible for:
- All departments (global access).
- Specific departments (restrict access to selected departments).
You will be able to manage your keys in the Credentials tab.
