This article describes how to set up and use invoice integration with Fortnox.
Overview
With the Fortnox integration, you can easily sync invoice, customer, and project data between RecMan and Fortnox. This process can be automated, meaning all you need to do is create or update information in one place, and the integration will handle the rest. More details on what is being transferred in this article.
Note
This integration requires a Fortnox account.
How to set up integration
To activate Fortnox integration, go to System settings and select Marketplace.
Note
Only users with System Administrator permissions can activate and manage integrations in the Marketplace. All non-Admin users can access and explore Marketplace under the blue Home icon.
Click the blue activation button with the price to begin using the Fortnox integration.
The next step is to set permissions. Choose the associated Department that should have access to this integration. Then, click the Sign in to Fortnox button.
You will be redirected to the Fortnox website to sign in, select your organization, review and accept all required permissions. Once you return to the "Manage access" modal, enter the Key name as the final step.
You will be able to manage your keys in the Credentials tab.
Invoice export
Invoice export to Fortnox is now activated and can be used. See the picture below of what it looks like in the invoice overview.
