In this article, you can read about the different job post portals available in RecMan.

RecMan is integrated with several job posting portals. These have to be enabled in the system settings in order to be available when posting a job post. You can read about activating job post portals in this article.

You can find them in the System SettingsJob postings.

The following portals are available in RecMan as of now:

  • Jobreg.no
  • Nav.no
  • DN.no
  • Finansavisen.no
  • Hegnar.no
  • Kapital.no
  • Finn.no
  • Bygg.no
  • Skoljobb.se
  • Monster
  • Arbetsförmedlingen (ams.se)
  • Offshore.no
  • Blocket.se
  • Workey.se
  • Jobindex.dk
  • Oikotie.fi
  • Graduateland.com
  • Computerworld (cw.no)
  • Journalisten.no
  • Medier24.no
  • Fastighetsjobb.se
  • Fastighetsvärlden.se
  • Jobbdirekt.se
  • Sämhallsbyggarjobb.se
  • Di.se
  • Jobb.DN.se

When clicking +Add on a job post portal, you will often be asked to input some information. For instance, from Finn.no, you will be asked to input a Partner ID; at Monster, you will be asked for a username and password. This information is given directly from the portal and is not something RecMan creates for you.

Note

Even though you may add some portals without inputting information, every single one of them requires an agreement to be in place before using their portal.

The integration between the different portals is unique and may function in different ways. Some portals are fully integrated with RecMan, meaning any job ad posted is automatically added to the portal. At the same time, others have more straightforward integration, meaning an email is sent from the system to the portal, and the job post is created on their portal manually.

Portals with full integration

Finn.no

To activate the Finn.no integration, you will be prompted to input a Partner ID. While you may have several Finn.no IDs at once, it is very important that the Partner ID is what you input. Once the ID has been added, you will immediately be able to post job ads to Finn.no.

Note

Posting to Finn.no will sometimes give error messages. Please note that while there is an error message, it may seem insignificant but may cause the job post to be incorrect on Finn.no. Please contact Support if you are having issues with this.

Note

The current integration does not offer an "ad package" option, which must be added through the "Finn Admin Panel."

Tips

Tips from Finn.no for publishing on their portal:

  1. Try to have up to 3 INDUSTRY or 3 OCCUPATION values if you only have posted with 1.
  2. If the advert text is more than 2000 characters, then we recommend shortening the text, as our data shows that an advert with too long text gives fewer views and applicants.

Jobreg

Jobreg is not a portal you need to activate, and it is always available when posting job ads. Jobreg is free of charge and fully integrated with RecMan.

Blocket.se

Blocket works uniquely. You define your ID in RecMan, which you then, in turn, send to Blocket.se. This ID should be 6 digits.

Job

AMS

To publish to AMS, you need to have two things in place. First of all, you need to contact AMS directly and receive a customer ID from them. For instance: 20789394. It is then added to RecMan.

It is also important to keep in mind that the department you are posting from has a Swedish organizational number. For instance: 46-595857-6758. Please note that the “46” at the beginning may not be included in the original organizational number; it has to be added.

Note

The job post will not be posted on AMS unless the Swedish organization is in place.

Should there be any other issues when posting to this portal, you will be notified upon saving the job post. Read the error message and change the required, and save again.

Portals where emails are used

When you publish to the portals below, the system will send an email to the portal. Once received, an employee at the portal will manually post the job ad on their portal. This means that publishing to these portals may take some more time before they are actually published.

  • Nav – Email is sent to stilling@nav.no
  • DN.no – Email is sent to dnjobb@dn.no
  • Jobindex – Email is sent to annoncer@jobinex.dk
  • Bygg.no – Email is sent to orb@bygg.no and jen@bygg.no
