If your company has turned on the SMS service in RecMan, you will have the option of sending out SMS from within the system. Which users have the right to send SMS is controlled per user from System Settings → Co-workers. Then, if you don’t see the SMS button, contact your system administrator.
To send out an SMS from the system, you cross off those you wish to send the message to. When one or more people are crossed off, a row of buttons will appear at the top of the site. Press the SMS icon to send out an SMS.

Message templates SMS
It is also possible to use message templates on SMS sending in RecMan. SMS templates are created the same way you create other templates, in System Settings → Templates → SMS templates. For more info about templates, you can take a look at this article.
They are saved automatically.
Templates make it possible to send standardized SMS from all the places it is possible to send SMS from, like in the picture below.
