This article describes integration with HireAra.
Overview
With the HireAra integration, you can easily create professionally formatted candidate resumes based on your custom templates. This integration streamlines your candidate presentation process by enabling quick, consistent CV formatting without leaving the RecMan ecosystem.
How to set up integration
To activate HireAra integration, go to the System settings and select Marketplace.
Note
Only users with System Administrator permissions can access the Marketplace.
Click the blue activation button to begin using the HireAra integration.
The next step is to add your Client ID, API Key and security code provided by your HireAra consultant. Choose if the Client ID should be accessible for:
- All Departments (global access).
- Specific Departments (restrict access to selected departments).
Then save your Client ID settings.
You will be able to manage your Client IDs in the Credentials tab.
How to use the HireAra tool
Access the Recruitment module and choose your project. Then click on the candidate card to open the candidate drawer, click the 3 dots button, and select Format CV. Make sure the candidate has a CV attached that appears under Files or under Attachments in the CV tab.
Format the CV in HireAra
Use HireAra's interface to format the CV according to your templates. Discover more about creating templates in HireAra by visiting their dedicated help center article here. Then, use the Export button to save the formatted CV directly back to the candidate's drawer in RecMan.
