This article describes integration with LinkedIn Jobs.
Overview
With the LinkedIn Jobs integration, you can publish and promote a LinkedIn job directly from RecMan. You can choose a Minimum, Medium or Maximum 30-day promotion budget. Higher budgets increase the reach to relevant candidates on LinkedIn. Applications arrive in RecMan, where you can review performance directly.

This integration requires a LinkedIn account.
How to set up integration
To activate LinkedIn Jobs integration, go to the System settings and select Marketplace.
Note
Only users with System Administrator permissions can activate and manage integrations in the Marketplace. All non-Admin users can access and explore Marketplace under the blue Home icon.
Click the blue activation button to begin using the LinkedIn Jobs integration.
The next step is to add your Company ID. Check the instructions below to easily find it in LinkedIn.
Name this key and, with a switch bar button, choose if it should be accessible for:
- All Departments (global access).
- Specific Departments (restrict access to selected departments).
Select one or multiple packages you want to use, then agree to the LinkedIn Terms and Conditions, and save your Company ID settings.
You will be able to manage your keys in the Credentials tab.
How to find the LinkedIn Company ID
The LinkedIn Company ID is a string of numbers, usually 6 to 9 digits long, that is unique to each company. Below, we will describe 2 ways of locating the Company ID in LinkedIn, depending on whether you are an admin of the searched company page or not.
As an admin of this company's LinkedIn page
To find your LinkedIn company ID, navigate to the Admin View of the LinkedIn Page from the All Pages or Home tab. The LinkedIn company ID is the numbers after "/company/" in the URL.
As not an admin of this company's LinkedIn page
Find the page of the company that you wish to integrate with. Click the "# employees" button as shown below:
Company ID can now be copied from the URL. It will follow /?currentCompany=%5B" as shown below:
Note
To verify that this is the correct company ID, open a new tab, type in: "www.linkedin.com/company/(the number you copied)," and press enter. You should be redirected to this company's LinkedIn page.
How to use LinkedIn Jobs integration
When creating a job post, you will have the option to add LinkedIn Jobs on the Distribution step, and the job post will be published on this platform.
