Overview
The Arbeidsplassen integration allows you to post job listings directly from RecMan to Norway's job marketplace nav.no. It enables you to streamline your recruitment process by managing job ads, tracking applications, and connecting with top talent — all from one platform.
How to set up integration
To activate Arbeidsplassen integration, go to the System settings and select Marketplace.
Note
Only users with System Administrator permissions can activate and manage integrations in the Marketplace. All non-Admin users can access and explore Marketplace under the blue Home icon.
Click the blue activation button to begin using the nav.no integration.
With a switch bar button, choose if this integration should be accessible for:
- All Departments (global access).
- Specific Departments (restrict access to selected departments).
How to use nav.no integration
When creating a job post, you will have the option to add Arbeidsplassen on the Distribution step, and the job post will be published on this platform.
Common errors when publishing job posts
Advertisement not published: NAV has a robot that scans all job advertisements sent to it. If any is rejected, it is forwarded to a case officer. The case officer reads the job advertisement and checks that it satisfies all legal requirements.
