Unimicro (Invoice integration setup)

This article describes how to set up and use invoice integration with Unimicro.

Overview

Using the Unimicro integration, you can easily sync invoice, customer, and project data directly from RecMan. This process can be automated, meaning all you need to do is create or update information in one place, and the integration will handle the rest. Unlike several other invoice export options, you do not need to enter additional information for the products in the product overview in RecMan to connect this to Unimicro. The only information included from RecMan is the product number, which will be matched automatically within Unimicro.

When exchanging for the first time, ensure that the customer numbers match in both systems. When creating customers later, it is essential that RecMan is used as the master system, ensuring that you do not duplicate customers across both systems and create customers with different customer numbers.
