This article describes how to set up and use invoice integration with Unimicro.
Overview
Using the Unimicro integration, you can easily sync invoice, customer, and project data directly from RecMan. This process can be automated, meaning all you need to do is create or update information in one place, and the integration will handle the rest. Discover more about Unimicro invoicing file export in this article.
Note
This integration requires a Unimicro account.
How to set up integration
To activate Unimicro integration, go to System settings and select Marketplace.
Note
Only users with System Administrator permissions can activate and manage integrations in the Marketplace. All non-Admin users can access and explore Marketplace under the blue Home icon.
Click the blue activation button with the price to begin using the Unimicro integration.
The next step is to set permissions. Choose if you wish to use full integration or CSV export. Also, select the associated Department that should have access to this integration.
If full integration is selected, click the Sign in to Unimicro button. You will be redirected to the Unimicro website to sign in, select your organization, review and accept all required permissions. Once you return to the "Manage access" modal, enter the Key name as the final step.
You will be able to manage your keys in the Credentials tab.
Invoice export
Invoice export to Unimicro is now activated and can be used. See the picture below of what it looks like in the invoice overview.
Unlike several other invoice export options, you do not need to enter additional information for the products in the product overview in RecMan to connect this to Unimicro. The only information included from RecMan is the product number, which will be matched automatically within Unimicro.
When exchanging for the first time, ensure that the customer numbers match in both systems. When creating customers later, it is essential that RecMan is used as the master system, ensuring that you do not duplicate customers across both systems and create customers with different customer numbers.
