Use of the RecRight interview platform.
RecRight is a video-based interview platform. The service is delivered by a third party and not RecMan, despite the similarities in name.
With this tool, you can record videos with questions you have for the candidate, who will then answer these with videos back.
RecMan vs. RecRight
Be aware that candidates invited from inside RecRight will NOT be displayed inside RecMan. The same applies to interviews created from RecRight.
A simple rule: If it’s created in RecRight, it stays in RecRight.
How to use RecRight?
First, you have to create an interview. This is done from a job posting by selecting one or more candidates and then pressing RecRight in the button menu that appears at the top.
In this window, please enter the name you want for the interview and create it.
When this is done, a green box with a link will pop up. This link will take you to RecRight’s page, where the interview you just created will be open and ready for editing and recording the videos with your questions.
Note
After you have created the interview, do not invite candidates from the invitation screen inside RecRight. As stated above, these candidates will then only be visible inside RecRight.
When you are done with the recording and the interview is ready to be sent out, you save it, close the window, and then go back to RecMan.
Back inside RecMan, click on the RecRight button again to send the interview to the marked candidates.
When the candidates have answered the questions, their videos will be displayed on their application page.
