There are several ways of adding a search candidate to a recruitment pipeline. This article describes the different methods of doing so. It’s important to differentiate between search candidates and applicants in a recruitment process. By adding a candidate directly to a recruitment pipeline following one of the methods described in this article, the system will differentiate the source of the candidate.
From Project
- Click ‘+ Candidate.’
- A popup will appear where you can search for candidates in your database.
- A new menu will appear when you click on the candidate in step two. Here, you will select which pipeline step the candidate should be added to.
From Recruitment Pipeline
- Click ‘+Add candidate
After clicking, a popup will appear where you have 3 options:
- Search for candidates in your database.
- Create a candidate filling out information such as name, phone number and email.
- Create a candidate through CV-parsing, and read more about CV-parsing here.
Adding several candidates to a pipeline from the candidate database
If you want to add several candidates to a recruitment pipeline, you can do this from the candidate database.
- Tick off the candidates you wish to add to your pipeline.
- Click ‘Add to pipeline’ in the menu that appears when ticking off a candidate.
- Choose between ‘My pipeline’ or ‘Project pipeline.’ My pipeline is a pipeline where all candidates related to you will be gathered. A project pipeline is a project-specific pipeline.
- Search for your project.
- Choose which step the candidate should be added to.
Adding a specific candidate from the candidate card
You can add your candidate directly to the pipeline from a candidate card.
- Click on ‘Move to pipeline.’
- Choose the pipeline step the candidate should be added to.
- Choose which pipeline the candidate should be added to.
