Setup for recruitment settings

Settings for RecMan as a recruiting solution.

What concerns recruitment in RecMan affects more than just "recruitment." When talking about recruitment, we can instead look at this as the "processing of candidates." Regardless of whether you recruit candidates internally, externally, as a headhunter, or hire, you will somehow need to process candidates.

Therefore, the layout of this article focuses on everything that applies to such processing. Depending on what you will use RecMan for, some of the descriptions here may be irrelevant to you. However, it would be best if you went through everything to get to know the system settings and decide what is relevant and what is not.

It is expected that you have already considered the following before moving on in this article.

Setup

CRM

Settings for CRM do not mean much, but here, you have good opportunities to adapt how the CRM should work in practice. This is mostly about custom fields (attributes) for companies and contacts, settings that can help increase efficiency in work and adding/removing fields to get a customer card that is limited/extended to their area of use.

For more information on settings and setup, see CRM.

Candidates

As for settings for candidates, there is a bit of a cross-cutting based on the use of RecMan. You can skip the settings for "Rights" when it comes to recruitment. The rest, however, should be reviewed as it can help to modify available fields, custom categorizations (attributes) and settings for effective work.

For more information on settings and layouts, see Candidates.

Projects

Correspondingly, as settings for CRM and Candidates, what applies to Projects is very relevant for fields, categorizations (attributes) and streamlining of work.

For more information on settings and setup, see Projects.

Recruiting

Last but not least are the settings that apply to recruitment. These deal with the processing of candidates and the functionality associated with this process.

For more information on settings and setup, see Recruitment.
