RecMan Chrome extension

This article provides an overview of the RecMan extension available in the Chrome browser.

Open this link in the Chrome browser, click Add to Chrome and then Add extension.

With the RecMan extension, you can easily:

• Add new candidates, contact persons or companies
• Save candidate profiles directly to recruitment pipelines
• Check if a candidate already exists in RecMan
• Access quickly to candidate cards in RecMan

Having a straightforward process for adding new candidates and checking for existing ones optimizes the time spent on editing profile information, adding new details, etc. The RecMan extension will tell you if the chosen candidate already exists in your database, so it automatically prevents duplicate entries. Any candidate can be added to your database.

Follow these recommendations to work with the extension:

1. Make sure you are already logged into your account. If not, please do it to continue working with the extension.
2. Open LinkedIn or EURES.
3. You can now add candidates, contact persons, or companies to RecMan. To do this, locate the appropriate profile and click on the "Save candidate," "Save contact person," or "Save company" buttons.
4. Wait for the profile to be processed and saved in the extension.
5. Feel free to complete the form if there's any missing information, then save the profile.
6. The profile is now saved in RecMan.
