This article describes how to set up payroll integration with Visma Payroll.
Overview
The Visma Payroll integration in RecMan streamlines payroll processes by enabling effortless data transfer. Export salary data and sync employee details directly from RecMan. Easily transfer payroll for multiple employees at once, or sync a single employee to avoid manual entry in both systems. This integration requires a Visma Payroll account. Please contact the Visma Payroll consultant and request your Tenant ID if you plan to use Employee integration.
How to set up integration
To activate Visma Payroll integration, go to the System settings and select Marketplace.
Note
Only users with System Administrator permissions can activate and manage integrations in the Marketplace. All non-Admin users can access and explore Marketplace under the blue Home icon.
Click the blue activation button with the price to begin using the Visma Payroll integration.
Then name your key and select at least one integration type:
- Tick the checkbox 'Employee integration' and enter the Tenant ID, which is required for employee mapping.
- Tick the checkbox Salary export to allow CSV export.
With a switch bar button, choose if this key should be accessible for:
- All Departments (global access).
- Specific Departments (restrict access to selected departments).
You will be able to manage your keys in the Credentials tab.
