In this article, you can read about the basics the system is built on.
It is important to have a basic understanding of the system architecture.
The top of the RecMan hierarchy is a RecMan subscription. This subscription may have one or more corporations, and each corporation may have one or more departments under it. In order to understand the difference between a corporation and a department, we suggest reading this article.
Everyone in the business group (corporations and departments) has a common candidate base and CRM. However, a customer/company is most often connected to a department, the same department as the co-worker who created the company (it may be connected to several departments). Each customer added to the CRM may have one or more projects attached to it. Each project may have one or more employees and one or more job postings, and each of these job postings has its own candidate pipeline. Each project, in turn, has a separate candidate pipeline connected to it, which can be used to process candidates without a job posting.
As previously mentioned, the CRM is shared across all corporations and departments, but a customer may only be connected to one department economy-wise. All corporations and departments share the candidate base, and a candidate may be connected to several departments and co-workers economy-wise.
Below, there is a visualization of how the system is built depending on what the system is used for, staffing, recruiting or purely CRM.
