Remote Support
The remote support program TeamViewer allows our support staff to see what you see on your PC. This makes it quicker and easier to solve any challenges you might face. Please have the program prepared for troubleshooting to ensure a smooth process.
1. Download TeamViewer
Click TeamViewer Quicksupport to download the installer file to your computer.
2. Install the application
Open the downloaded file and follow the setup steps shown on screen. For most users, the default installation option works best. Once the installation finishes, TeamViewer will be ready to use.
3. Start TeamViewer
Launch TeamViewer from your applications or start menu. When it opens, you'll see your ID and password, which you use for connection.
4. Start a connection
To connect, say your ID and password to our support team. Keep the app open during the session.
TeamViewer full version
For faster remote assistance, we recommend downloading the full version of TeamViewer. This way, you avoid having to download the program every time you need help from our support. This also allows the program to be used with other providers. You can customize personal settings to make it easier the next time you call.
Support session
The Support session feature under My profile in RecMan allows our support team to temporarily access your account in order to troubleshoot issues, apply fixes, or configure system settings on your behalf. This capability is designed to speed up resolution times and reduce the need for detailed back-and-forth instructions.
To begin, you can click the Initiate session button, which grants our support team secure access to your account. Once started, the session remains active for 30 minutes and will automatically expire after that period to ensure your account remains protected.
Share feedback
Another feature that lets you quickly send comments, report issues, or suggest improvements directly from within RecMan is through the Share feedback button, which appears after you click your profile picture.
Once clicked, a small form appears where you can describe your experience and also upload screenshots. After submitting, the feedback is sent to our team for review. If requested, you may receive a follow-up response. This feature helps our team understand your needs, identify problems, and improve the overall experience.
