This article will provide you with information about the Database system setting.

Click on the System Settings icon in the navigation bar and then select Database.

To the left of the view, you will find the overview, which allows you to choose between the options below:

API

RecMan has an open API, and should you want to add an API key, provide access, or connect modules, this is where you can do it. To read more about our API, click here.

Restore

When you click on Restore from the menu on the left, you get the opportunity to restore companies, projects, candidates and job postings that have been deleted in the last 14 days by clicking on the button to the right of the image. If more than 14 days have passed since the deletion, the information will be deleted permanently.

MailChimp

Database

Here, you will be able to set up a direct integration with MailChimp. You can read more about MailChimp and the integration by clicking here.

Email Feeder

Database

If you want to receive inquiries in RecMan, this is where you enter the information into the E-mail feeder. Read more about E-mail feeds here.

Azure AD

Database

By clicking on the green button in the image above, you can easily set up the integration of Azure AD. This integration will make creating employees (system users) from users in their Azure AD easier.

Google Workspace

Database

By clicking on the green button in the image above, you can easily set up the integration to Google Workspace. This integration will make creating employees (system users) from users in their Google Workspace easier.
