Overview
Antivirus is a malware detection and prevention solution that protects your organization from cybersecurity threats by scanning all attachments in RecMan. All files uploaded by candidates, contact persons, and co-workers are automatically scanned, as are email attachments received through the RecMan email integration. Files are marked as safe or unsafe, and if a file is flagged as dangerous, our security team will analyze it and take appropriate action. For additional protection, RecMan also supports periodic rescanning of files to detect malware that may not have been identified in earlier scans.
Activating antivirus
To activate antivirus, go to the System settings and select Marketplace.
Note
Only users with System Administrator permissions can activate and manage integrations and antivirus in the Marketplace. All non-Admin users can access and explore Marketplace under the blue Home icon.
Click the blue activation button with the price to begin using the antivirus.
Pricing
Antivirus is included for free for the Premium/Enterprise plans. A fee of 1 290 NOK/month applies to the Standard/Custom plans.
Once activated, the antivirus will examine any files or documents you upload to RecMan for malware.
