This article describes how to activate and use BankID authentication integrations.
Overview
The BankID Norway and BankID Sweden integrations bring secure digital identity verification into RecMan, enabling trusted authentication at key touchpoints across the platform. BankID is a leading digital ID solution, widely used for secure online identification. With these integrations, your organization can enforce strong authentication policies, reduce the risk of fraud, and provide a seamless, familiar login experience for Norwegian and Swedish users. End users must have the BankID app installed on their mobile device or use a supported BankID method. If you have Norwegian users, choose the BankID Norway integration. And if you have Swedish users, choose the BankID Sweden integration.
Activating BankID integrations
To activate BankID, go to the System settings and select Marketplace.
Note
Only users with System Administrator permissions can activate and manage integrations in the Marketplace. All non-Admin users can access and explore Marketplace under the blue Home icon.
Click the blue activation button with the price to begin using the BankID.
Pricing
Each BankID integration costs 99 NOK per month, plus 4.98 NOK per transaction.
Use cases
Candidates can verify their identity with BankID during registration. In the Career page configuration under the Settings section, both integrations can be activated.
When accessing candidate presentations or filling out forms, recipients can authenticate with BankID. To do so, enable BankID under Security → Authentication:
