Logged work – Employee view

Description of the Employee view in the Logged work module.

This view will group all logged work per employee and is the most informative, function-packed, and interactive view of them all, making it the most used view in Logged work. By applying filters on the left side and the period on top, you can adjust the content in numerous ways to turn the Logged work module into a powerful tool for managing work.

By clicking the magnifying glass, logged work for the specific employee will be displayed (see the following picture). Remember that applied filters also will limit the content of the displayed data.

In this view, logged work is grouped by article per day.

  1. Expand to see detailed information about the job.
  2. Click an article to expand the line and get more information. Here, you can see a log of when and by whom the work was registered, edited and approved, as well as economic data. You may also upload an attachment through this expanded view.
  3. Click to go back to the previous picture.
  4. A set of functions and buttons. These are Job description, Project, Log work, View/edit job, and Register work manually (use this with caution as, by design, it will ignore system validations for special needs). If you are to log work, a good rule of thumb is to use the Log work module.
  5. Edit a specific row (see next picture).
