How RecMan considers salary/invoice values and their hierarchy

This article illustrates where salary and invoice prices are collected in the system based on hierarchy.

There are several places in the system where you can enter salary and invoice prices. Consequently, there are some places where the system retrieves these prices. Therefore, it is important to understand the hierarchy of how the system retrieves these prices into employee contracts.

Salary

HierarchyWhere in the system is it retrieved from
1Salary matrix – If the employee is linked to a salary matrix, the salary is retrieved from the seniority level registered on the employee (employee card).
2Project – If the employee is not linked to a salary matrix. The salary is retrieved from the project.
3Employee card – If neither is registered on the salary matrix or project, the system will look for an hourly wage on the employee card.

Invoice price

HierarchyWhere in the system is it retrieved from
1Project – First, the system looks for invoice price from salary and project data from the project card. The system will then look for any markup factor and/or markup in kr.
2Project – If the system can not find a markup factor and/or markup in kr. Then it starts looking for standard invoice price from salary and project data in the project card.
3Customer – If not 1-2, the system will look after invoice price from salary and project data from the company card. The system will then check if there is any markup factor and/or markup in kr.
4Customer – If not 1-3, the system will look after the standard invoice price from salary and project data in the company card.
5Parent company – If not 1-4, the system will look after the markup factor and markup on salary and project data from the company card to the parent company, if the customer is under a parent company.
6Parent company – If not 1-5, the system will look after the standard invoice price on salary and project data from the company card to the parent company, if the customer is under a parent company.
7Salary matrix – If not 1-6, the system will look after the markup factor and markup in kr from the salary matrix.

Note

These prices come as suggestions when you put someone in work. Therefore, it is not required to use these prices, and they can quickly be overruled in the creation of the job or inside the employee agreement itself.
