This article describes integration with Psigma.
Overview
With the Psigma integration, you can easily send tests to candidates and get the results back into RecMan. This can be set up with automation, meaning all you have to do is move the candidate to the appropriate pipeline step, and RecMan, together with Psigma, will take care of the rest.
How to set up integration
To activate Psigma integration, go to the System settings and select Marketplace.
Note
Only users with System Administrator permissions can access the Marketplace.
Click the activate button to begin using the Psigma integration.
Then, in the Manage tests tab, select the test categories you wish to use.
Switch to 'Bring your own license'
Another way to activate Psigma is when you already have their account.
Add your API key: Enter your Username, Password and the Psigma API key provided by their support. Set if the API key should be accessible for:
- All Departments (global access)
- Specific Departments (restricted access)
Save your API key settings. You will be able to manage your keys in the Credentials tab.
How to use the Psigma tool
Access the Recruitment module and select your project. Then, access project settings under the dropdown menu → Assessments → Psigma. After you add the test named PSIGMA (K) TESTS, the list of different test categories appears, and you can select the specific category you intend to use for candidate evaluation.
If it doesn't appear on the list, reach out to your System Admin, and they will check all the configurations.
Finally, configure pipeline steps. In the same recruitment project settings, go to Pipeline steps. Then select the Psigma test for the desired step. In the example below, we add the "Psigma (commercial director)" test to the Assessment step in the project settings.
Once configured, moving a candidate to this pipeline step will automatically trigger the Psigma test and send it directly to the candidate.
The assessment may also be sent manually from the bottom actions panel.
When the candidate has completed the test, a score will appear on the candidate card. Once clicked, you will get two links to learn more about the assessment.
The first link redirects to the candidate's test, and the second downloads a PDF report of the score.
