This article describes the Alva Labs integration.
Overview
With the Alva Labs integration, you can easily send psychometric assessments to candidates directly from within the recruitment pipeline. Assessment invitations are managed seamlessly in RecMan, and completed results, including scores, are automatically synced back and attached to the candidate's profile, providing a streamlined hiring workflow.

This integration requires an Alva Labs account.
How to set up integration
To activate Alva Labs integration, go to the System settings and select Marketplace.
Note
Only users with System Administrator permissions can activate and manage integrations in the Marketplace. All non-Admin users can access and explore the Marketplace under the blue Home icon.
Click the blue activation button with the price to begin using the Alva Labs integration.
Next, add your API key and signature token from Alva Labs. Detailed instructions are shown in the screenshots under the main picture in the Overview.
Name this key and, with a switch bar button, choose whether it should work for:
- All Departments (global access).
- Specific Departments (restrict access to selected departments).
Press the Create button to save your key settings. You will be able to manage your keys in the Credentials tab.
Set up assessments in Alva Labs
Log in to your Alva Labs account to add and manage your tests under Assessments → Personality profiles.
These tests can be added for candidate evaluation in RecMan.
When you click the job name under Jobs, you will see the list of candidates it was sent to, compare candidates, configure assessments and more.
How to use the Alva Labs tool
Access the Recruitment module and choose your project. Then go to the project settings under the dropdown menu → Assessments → Alva Labs.
If it doesn't appear on the list, reach out to your System Admin, and they will check all the configurations.
Add the Job name and the specific test(s) you intend to use for candidate evaluations.
You can configure automatic candidate assessments. In the same Recruitment project settings, choose Pipeline steps. Then select the desired Alva Labs test for the chosen step. Once configured, moving a candidate to this pipeline step will automatically trigger the Alva Labs test and send it directly to the candidate.
The assessment may also be sent manually. Select the candidate(s) and, from the bottom actions panel, click the "More" button and choose Send test.
When the candidate has completed the test, a score will appear on the candidate card. Once clicked, you will get a link where you can find out more information about the score.
You will be redirected to the Alva Labs screen, where you can see and download results after logging in.
