Prerequisites
The integration requires an API key from Tripletex. Please see this article – Tripletex (Payroll integration setup) for more activation details.
Payroll export
To export to Tripletex, go to the Paychecks module, select one or more paychecks, and press the Tripletex button that appears at the top. When you do this, salary and employees are automatically transferred to Tripletex.
Note
Even though the integration is capable of transferring employee and salary data, some like to use the integration to mainly transfer employee data and rather use the file export for processing salary data. This type of process can be more effective when managing very high quantities.
Integration capabilities:
- Transfer employee and employment information from the candidate card
- Transfer employee and employment information from the paycheck module
- Transfer salary information from the paycheck module
- Export salary information from the paycheck module
Employees
RecMan checks if an employee with the same employee number exists in Tripletex.
- If the employee number does not exist in Tripletex, RecMan will create the employee in Tripletex with the details specified in the table below.
- If the employee exists in Tripletex, RecMan will update the employee in Tripletex with the details specified in the table below.
The following details are transferred to Tripletex when the employee is created or updated:

When the payroll transfer is complete, the paycheck in RecMan will be marked as “Exported.”
