This article explains how to remove a co-worker from RecMan.
Users can be created and deleted in the co-worker settings to immediately grant or remove access. This ensures you stay on top of who has access to your RecMan and are in control of your monthly license cost.
Important
As billing is processed at the beginning of each month, any users deleted or created will be reflected in next month's billing.
Warning
Before deleting a co-worker, make sure every necessary report is exported, every associated project is transferred to a different co-worker, and have the user delete any:
- Meetings
- Tasks
- Candidate pools
This information may be hard to get hold of after being deleted.
To remove a co-worker:
- Go to System settings → Users (Co-workers).
Note: If you cannot access this section, you may not have the required permissions. - In the list of users on the left side, select the co-worker you want to remove.
- Click on their name to open their profile.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click the red Delete button.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
The user will immediately lose access to the system.
Tips
If you wish to remove a user's access without deleting them right away, simply change their login email address. This will log them out of the system in case they are logged in.
Note
Admins cannot delete themselves or remove their Admin permissions if they are the only Super Admin for a subscription.
