Settings
Customize your app experience to suit your preferences and workflow. From this section, you can adjust the following:
- Date formatting — choose how dates are displayed throughout the app
- Language — set your preferred display language
- Work time registration — choose between simple (5 min difference) or detailed (each minute can be selected)
- Show week number — toggle to show the number of each week
- Appearance — switch between light and dark mode, or follow your system setting
- Notifications — control which push notifications you receive
- Log time reminder — set up weekdays and time to send a recurring reminder to log your work
- Location access — enable geolocation to start the timer when approaching your office
- Unlock by Face ID / Touch ID — enable biometric authentication to secure app access
- Sessions — view and manage devices currently logged into your account
Report an issue
If something isn't working as expected, use this option to describe the problem you're experiencing. Your report is sent directly to the support team for review, helping identify and resolve issues faster.
Share feedback
Share suggestions or general comments about your experience with the app. This is a direct channel for letting the RecMan team know what's working well and what could be improved.

Replay the app's introductory walkthrough at any time if you want a refresher on the main features and navigation.

RecMan Employee for Apple Watch
RecMan Employee also offers a companion app for Apple Watch, giving you quick access to core time-tracking features right from your wrist.
