RecMan Intelligence in recruitment

This article describes RecMan Intelligence features such as AI matching and AI database scan in recruitment projects.

Note

The AI database scan feature is available only in the Premium plan. AI matching is available for all users, but you must upgrade your plan to get unlimited edits to the recruitment profile.

Activation

On the right side of the recruitment project, there is an AI Assistant button.

You can choose a language of analysis, and adding a recruitment profile description is mandatory for the AI to know what to match candidates to. There are two options for matching.

AI matching

AI matching is a feature designed to assist you in assessing candidates in the pipeline. By providing a detailed job description/profile, the AI matching feature can analyze the criteria and determine if the candidates entering your pipeline are a good fit. Candidates will receive a score between 1 and 100 (higher is better), and you can click the score to view a more detailed evaluation.

Note

AI matching does not look at profiles or attachments in order to remain unbiased. It only gets access to work experience, education, skills, courses, driver licenses and language skills.

The results you receive will include:

  • A general evaluation of the candidate’s match to the job description/profile.
  • A SWOT analysis assessing the candidate’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and potential Threats in relation to the profile.
  • Key areas to inquire about during the recruitment process and potentially in a future interview.

AI database scan

The database scan uses the recruitment job description/profile to search through your candidate database for matches. It identifies up to 50 top candidates that match your recruitment profile, and then it offers you these candidates to consider. If you want, you can easily add them to the pipeline.

In the Suggestions tab, the database scan suggestions appear. They are presented as a list of candidates from your database who match the desired position, and the following options will be available:

  • General evaluation – An explanation of why and how this candidate is suitable.
  • Accept – This means this candidate will be added to the Board/List and removed from suggestions.
  • Decline – The candidate will disappear from suggestions without being added to the board.

Note

The scores in Suggestions and on the Board/List are a bit different because AI matching and Database scan use different models. Meaning, when a candidate is accepted to the pipeline, the score will be recalculated.

Overview

In the Overview tab, you can see if there are matches and suggestions from the AI Assistant.
