To ensure fair access and system stability, our AI agent includes daily usage limits for users with a regular subscription.
How it works
- Each user is entitled to up to 50 free interactions per day with the RecMan Intelligence agent.
- An interaction is counted each time you send a request or message to the agent.
- Once you reach the daily limit, you’ll see this message:
Oops! It looks like you've reached your limit. To increase your limit, please go to your settings and upgrade your plan or contact support.
What happens after you reach the limit
When the daily limit is reached, you’ll have two options:
- Stop for the day: No further action is required. You’ll regain access to your free 50 interactions the next day.
- Request an upgrade: You can request to move to a premium plan directly from the message. When you do this, an email will automatically be sent to your account administrator notifying them that you’d like to upgrade.
How to upgrade
The users with System Administrator permissions can manually upgrade at any time:
- Go to System settings → Plans & Billing.
- Select a Premium plan.
- Complete the upgrade process by adding billing details to enjoy unlimited usage.
