This article describes AI comments after scanning files in the Logged work module.
RecMan Intelligence runs in the background and automatically reviews and validates files uploaded to Logged work. It is capable of interpreting the uploaded file, reviewing it toward signed agreements, and providing feedback as a comment based on its findings.

Smarter compliance checks
In addition to validating the file content, the AI checks the uploaded information against the employee’s agreements and terms. This ensures that the documentation complies with internal rules and expectations.
Intelligent admin feedback
After each review, the AI leaves a comment directly on the work log entry. It will flag any issues it detects, such as:
- Incorrect document date
- Incorrect amount
- Mismatched or unclear description
- Conflict with employee agreements
- Incorrect currency conversion
But even if everything looks correct, the AI will leave a confirmation comment — giving admins confidence that the uploaded document has been thoroughly checked and is in order.
No setup required
There’s nothing to install or activate. This new AI capability is now available to all users.
- Premium accounts have full access, with unlimited file scanning across all uploads.
- Non-premium accounts have limited access, with a reduced number of AI file scans per month.
How to use it
Go to the Logged work module and look for the Comments icon next to any entry. If there are files attached, you’ll see a comment from the AI after its review — whether it found issues or verified that everything is correct.
