An introduction to the recruiting settings.
The Recruiting settings are located by navigating to System Settings → Recruiting.
Pipeline categories
In order to customize the workflow of the recruitment pipeline, you can create, edit, delete and change the ordering of the pipeline categories.
Customizing the pipeline categories for your organization is a great way to set the rules for how recruitment should be conducted and create the workflow that works best for you when working with candidates in the recruitment module. Keep in mind that adding or deleting pipeline steps will affect all the projects, so make sure no candidates are being processed in that specific step before deleting.
If your system has more than one corporation, you can also create specific pipeline categories for a specific corporation.
Pipeline groups
If the default pipeline doesn’t work for all projects, you can additionally create customized pipeline groups containing a selection of the available pipeline categories. With a pipeline group created, you can select it for your existing and new projects to reduce the number of steps for that specific project.
RecRight
In RecRight settings, you can input a RecRight API key for your corporation. Read more about RecRight here.
Assessments
In Assessments, you can enter credentials to enable the integrations for Master HR, Ascend (Assessio) and Psigma.
Application management colors
Application management colors is a feature to color-code applicants, with either red, yellow, green, blue or pink.
This is currently a deprecated module. It is not available in the new recruitment module, only in the old applicant database (available from the job posts module).
Candidate presentation
In the settings for candidate presentations, you can specify the default security method for sending. The following options can be selected:
- Defined by sender
- None
- ReCaptcha
- Authentication (BankID - NO, BankID - SE, Vipps or SMS code)
By setting a default other than “defined by sender”, users will not be able to change the security method when creating presentations.
