This article describes the Marketplace feature.
The Marketplace is a centralized place for managing extra services and integrations.
Marketplace capabilities
- Activate/deactivate services: Quickly enable extra services and integrations tailored to your needs. All integrations will be additionally sorted into All, Activated and Deactivated tabs for your convenience.
- Manage access: Easily assign and control user access. You can view credentials details, including the date of activation, who performed it, etc.
- Find all details: Access relevant information, including pricing, setup instructions, usage guides, and useful links.
Accessing Marketplace
Users with System Administrator permissions can find the Marketplace in the System settings.
Note
Only System Admins can activate and manage integrations in the Marketplace.
All non-Admin users can access Marketplace under the blue Home icon.
Assessment integrations
These powerful assessment tools enhance recruitment and workforce solutions. Once clicked, you will see the integration overview with instructions on how to set up and use it. More information in the dedicated articles: Psigma, Aon, Master HR and Assessio.
Antivirus integration
This integration allows you to protect your data by scanning all files added by candidates, users, and employees. Files are marked as safe or unsafe. If a file is considered dangerous, our security team will analyze it and take appropriate action.
Job post integrations
Social Media Campaigns allow job ads to be published on social media. The Finn.no integration allows you to post job listings directly from RecMan to Norway’s leading job marketplace.
Candidate presentation
HireAra integration allows you to create professional PDF presentations of candidates directly from RecMan.
Secure authentication
Vipps authentication allows users, candidates, and customers to identify themselves using Vipps.
Background check
Tusdatos simplifies and accelerates the background screening process for Colombian candidates directly within RecMan.
Accounting integrations
Multiple invoice integrations, such as PowerOffice, Tripletex and 24SevenOffice, are already available for activation in our Marketplace.
Payroll integrations
Explore a variety of payroll integrations, for instance, SD Worx, Visma and Fortnox.
