Applicant and Candidate drawers

This article describes the Applicant and Candidate drawer features within the recruitment module.

The drawer is a dynamic side panel within the recruitment module that allows you to quickly view and interact with a candidate's profile, without navigating away from the main applicant list or pipeline view. It provides a centralized space for accessing all relevant candidate information and taking action efficiently.

To open the drawer, access your recruitment project and click on the candidate card in the Board tab or the candidate/applicant name in other tabs.

Applicant drawer

Overall, it's constructed similarly to the candidate drawer described in detail below, with several differences.

Under the three-dot button, you'll find the Delete option. Two buttons under the name allow you to:

  • Move to the pipeline. The dropdown lets you choose a particular step.
  • Decline this applicant.

On the left-side panel, you can switch between the Applicant overview, CV, and Dialogue tabs.

The Applicant overview tab displays application details and other roles for which the individual has applied or been considered. From here, you can withdraw applications or mark them as anonymous.
