Antivirus
A simple report to gain insight into the number of detected threats. The threats are detected through the Antivirus feature in RecMan. For more information, see Cyber security / Antivirus. Periodization in this report considers the date the threat was detected.

Note that you will require All reports permission to be able to generate this report.
API - activity
Description of the report to extract information about the number of API calls.
The report will show the number of API requests for each key grouped by date.
You can extract the number of API requests. Prioritization in this report considers the date the request was made.
Below is a description of each column in the report.

Changelog - candidate
The report shows a log of changes to certain fields on candidates.

| Candidate ID | ID number of the candidate in RecMan. |
| Employee no. | ID number of the employee in RecMan. |
| Candidate | Name of the candidate. |
| Field changed | The field where the changes were made. |

| Changed to | New updates to this field. |
| Changed by | Name of the author of changes. |
Duplicates - candidate
A report to extract candidates where duplicated field values have been found.

Duplicates - company
A report to extract companies where duplicated field values have been found.

Login activity - candidate
The report extracts logs from when candidates have logged into their accounts. The selected period will consider the log date and time.

| Social security ID | Social security ID of candidate. |
RecMan Employee - activity
The report will show a list of candidates that have logged in on the RecMan Employee app during the period.

SMS - activity
The report will show the number of SMS sent for each corporation, department and user.
