Antivirus
The Antivirus report provides insight into the number of detected threats. The threats are detected through the Antivirus feature in RecMan. For more information, see Cybersecurity / Antivirus. Periodization in this report considers the date the threat was detected.

Note that you will require All reports permission to be able to generate this report.
API - activity
The API - activity report will show the number of API requests for each key grouped by date. Prioritization in this report considers the date the request was made.
Below is a description of each column in the report.

Changelog - candidate
The Changelog - candidate report shows a log of changes to certain fields on candidates.

Duplicates - candidate
The Duplicates - candidate report extracts candidates where duplicated field values have been found.

The Duplicates - company report extracts companies where duplicated field values have been found.

Email sent
The Email sent report provides a complete overview of all emails sent by co-workers — useful for tracking and documenting email activity for invoicing purposes. For each email, the report shows the send date, time, sender email address, and, partially, a subject line. Use the Period filter to select the billing period. The default view shows the current month. Note that you will require All reports permission to generate this report.

Login activity - candidate
The Login activity - candidate report extracts logs from when candidates have logged into their accounts. The selected period will consider the log date and time. Note that after logging in, the user could remain signed in for a prolonged period, depending on their usage. If the user checks "trust this browser" during login and uses the app daily, they will stay logged in "indefinitely."

The Login activity - co-worker report extracts logs of when co-workers log in to their accounts (complete the necessary steps on the login page). The selected period will consider the log date and time. Note that after logging in, the user could remain signed in for a prolonged period, depending on their usage. If the user checks "trust this browser" during login and uses the app daily, they will stay logged in "indefinitely."

The SMS - activity report will show the number of SMS sent for each corporation, department and user.
