This article describes the widgets that fall under the category "Co-workers."
Co-workers widget
This widget shows the number of co-workers according to the user's corporation, department or department group. While creating a new user in RecMan, the user can choose any department that will be connected to a new user. According to this department, users will be counted in the widget.
Widget settings:
General tab contains:
- Widget name input field
- Data level (drop-down) - All, Corporation, Department group, Department
- Department (drop-down) - Dynamic (default), Choose multiple, Specific corporations/ departments
After adding the widget to the dashboard, the settings of this widget are set to Department is Dynamic data level by default. In case a user changes the data level to some other, then the Dynamic option is set by default. The user can choose multiple data levels, and choose a few options, which are shown as checkboxes. Also, the user can choose some specific (single) option from the dropdown, or dynamic. Dynamic option means that information on the widget will be shown according to the logged to the system user.
In case the user chooses All data level, then there is no filtration by data level, and all co-workers will be shown on the widget.
In case the user chooses the Corporation data level, then the number of co-workers will be counted according to the department that is connected to the users. This particular department can be connected to some Corporation. For example, Co-worker 1 is connected to Department 1, and Co-worker 2 is connected to Department 2. Departments 1 and 2 are connected to Corporation 1. After choosing Corporation 1 from the widget settings, then Co-workers 1 and 2 will be counted in the widget.
In case the user chooses the Department group data level, then the Co-workers will be counted according to the department that is connected to the user. This logic is pretty similar to Corporation filtration. For example, Co-worker 1 is connected to Department 1, and Co-worker 2 is connected to Department 2. Departments 1 and 2 are present in Department group 1. After choosing Department group 1 from the widget settings, then Co-workers 1 and 2 will be counted to the widget.
In case the user chooses Department data level, then the Co-workers will be counted according to the department that is connected to the Co-worker.
If the user clicks on the widget, the details info opens:
- Co-worker name (if the customer clicks on the name, he gets into the RecMan Co-worker's page)
- Corporation
- Department
In case the user clicks on the Name (Co-worker) / Corporation / Department name of the column, then information for this column is sorted alphabetically.
Co-workers split by data level widget
This is a parliament chart widget. This widget shows co-workers according to department, department group or corporation data level. Co-workers are gathered in the widget the same way as they are gathered in the Co-workers widget. The widget shows co-worker as one dot in the widget. Dots are grouped by color in one department, so the user can easily see the number of co-workers in the department, department group or corporation.
After adding the widget to the dashboard, the settings of this widget are set to Department is Choose multiple data level by default. All departments are checked by default. In case a user changes the data level to some other, then the Multiple data level is set by default. Also, the user can choose some specific (single) option from the dropdown, or dynamic. Dynamic option means that information on the widget will be shown according to the logged to the system user.

In case the user chooses the Department data level, the Co-workers will be counted according to the department that is connected to the Co-worker. The widget will show all departments in which at least one co-worker is present.
After hovering over a particular section of dots, the name of the corporation, department or department group will be shown.
Co-workers online widget
This widget shows the number of co-workers online according to the user's corporation, department, or department group. While creating a new user in RecMan, the user can choose any department that will be connected to a new user. According to this department, users will be counted to the widget.

In case the user chooses the Department data level, then the Co-workers will be counted according to the department that is connected to the Co-worker.
If the user clicks on the widget, have to open the details info:
- Co-worker name (if the user clicks on the name, he gets into the Employee page in RecMan)
- Corporation
- Department
In case the user clicks on the Name( Co-worker)/Corporation/Department name of the column, then information for this column is sorted alphabetically.
Number of meetings widget
Shows the number of meetings by a co-worker in the select type. The widget value is shown as various pie chart types (chart type is set from the settings of the widget).
General tab contains:
- Widget name input field.
- "Chart type" section (drop-down): Basic pie(by default), Variable radius pie, 3D pie, 3D donut.
- Data level section (drop-down) - All, Corporation, Department group, Department (default), Co-worker.
- Department section (drop-down) - Dynamic (default), Choose multiple, Specific corporations/ departments/ co-workers(Corporation, Department group, Department, and Co-worker drop-down is shown after selecting the appropriate option from the Data level drop-down. The user can choose Dynamic or multiple ( Specific corporations/ departments/Department groups/ co-workers).
- "Type" section: Multiple Search Selection. Customers can choose more than only one type of meeting (by default, this section is empty; no type is selected).
Period tab contains:
- Standard (drop-down): Today, Yesterday, This week(default), Previous week, This month, Previous month, This quarter, Previous quarter, This year, Previous year
- Custom period (drop-down): Custom month(default), Custom quarter, Custom year, Custom period.
- Custom month (checkboxes): January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December( current month by default)
- Custom quarter(checkboxes): Q1, Q2,Q3,Q4.(current quarter by default)
In case Custom month/Custom quarter is selected, the Year (drop-down) appears (Previous year, This year, Next year, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015)
- Year (drop-down): Previous year, This year, Next year, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015
- Custom period: The user can choose any number ( from 1 to 1000) of Days, Weeks, or Months Back in time
The type of meeting can be set from the RecMan calendar:
Detailed view drawer:
If the user clicks on the widget, have to open the details info:
- Co-worker name - if the customer clicks on the name, he gets into RecMan.
- Columns with different types of meetings (In case the user doesn’t choose any type of meeting in the settings of the widget - the “No meeting type” column is shown in the Detailed view).
- Total (sum of meetings according to co-worker).
Additional info for detailed view: counter, detailed view drawer is closed after clicking the 'x' icons;
All columns have a sorting arrow; in case the user clicks on the name of the columns, then information for this column is sorted alphabetically or in ascending and descending numbers.
The Detailed view is not available on the TV and General-settings page.
Meeting activity widget
Listing co-workers with the most meetings.
General tab contains:
- Widget name input field
- Data level section (drop-down) - All, Corporation, Department group, Department (default), Co-worker.
- Department section (drop-down) - Dynamic (default), Choose multiple, Specific corporations/ departments/ co-workers(Corporation, Department group, Department, and Co-worker drop-down is shown after selecting the appropriate option from the Data level drop-down. The user can choose Dynamic or multiple ( Specific corporations/ departments/Department groups/ co-workers)
- "Type" section: Multiple Search Selection. Customers can choose more than only one type of meeting (by default, this section is empty; no type is selected)
- "Number of co-workers" input field (Default - 8)(Min value is 1. Max is 50. Only numbers)
Period tab contains:
- Standard (drop-down): Today, Yesterday, This week(default), Previous week, This month, Previous month, This quarter, Previous quarter, This year, Previous year
- Custom period (drop-down): Custom month(default), Custom quarter, Custom year, Custom period.
- Custom month (checkboxes): January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December( current month by default)
- Custom quarter(checkboxes): Q1, Q2,Q3,Q4.(current quarter by default)
In case Custom month/Custom quarter is selected the Year (drop-down) appears (Previous year, This year, Next year, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015)

- Custom period: The user can choose any number ( from 1 to 1000) of Days, Weeks, or Months Back in time

2. Columns with different types of meetings (In case the user doesn’t choose any type of meeting in the settings of the widget - the “No meeting type” column is shown in the Detailed view
3. Total(sum of meetings according to co-worker)

Top co-workers by overdue tasks widget
This widget has a leaderboard-like design, showing the co-workers with the highest number of tasks past the due date.
Widget settings contain:
General tab:
- ‘Widget name’ input field
- Data level settings -> All, Corporation, Department group, Department (by default) and Co-worker
The data levels will have the following options:
- Dynamic (default)
- Choose multiple
- Specific corporations/ departments/ coworkers
Status:
- All
- Completed
- Not completed (default)
Period tab:
- Period section
It is possible to set the "trigger" like: Count tasks that are overdue with X days.
Then, we can count all tasks that are >= 3 days overdue when counting tasks.
Top co-workers by completed tasks widget
The widget shows co-workers who completed the most tasks in the period.
Widget settings:
General tab contains:
- Widget name input field
- Data level (drop-down) - All, Corporation, Department group, Department (default), Co-worker
- 'Data level options'(drop-down) - Dynamic (default), Choose multiple, Specific corporations/ departments/department groups/co-workers ('Data level options' drop-down is shown after selecting the appropriate option from the Data level drop-down. The user can choose Dynamic or multiple (Specific corporations/departments/department groups/co-workers)
- ‘Type’ section: checkbox list with all available types of tasks from the RecMan system (Select all by default)
- ‘Priority’ section: checkbox list with the priority of tasks from the RecMan system: None, Low, Medium, High (all selected by default)
Period tab contains:
- Standard (drop-down): Today, Yesterday, This week, Previous week, This month (default), Previous month, This quarter, Previous quarter, This year, Previous year
- Custom period (drop-down): Custom month (default), Custom quarter, Custom year, Relative period, Custom date period
- Custom month (checkboxes): January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December (current month by default)
- Custom quarter (checkboxes): Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4. (current quarter by default)
In case Custom month/Custom quarter is selected, the Year (drop-down) appears (Previous year, This year, Next year, 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015).
- Year (drop-down): 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015
- Relative period: The user can choose any number ( from 1 to 1000) of Days, Weeks, or Months Back in time/Forward in time
- Custom date period: The user can choose a date From one date To another date
- Toggle ‘Follow the current date’ (it is available when the user chooses the Custom date period)
If the option «Follow the current date» is enabled, the date «To» is automatically set to the current date, and the field «To» is disabled for manual entry.
